2\Return and Refund Policy:
Since your order is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a quality issue or a defect caused during shipping. We take utmost care in creating and packaging your order; however, unforeseen circumstances during shipping may occur occasionally. If you encounter such circumstances and require a replacement or refund, please Contact us within 30 days of order receipt for assistance or to initiate a return and we will work it together.
- Photo Transfer to Wood Return:
We assure you will be 100% satisfied with your artwork, but for any reason you're not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the item must be in its original condition and securely packaged. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your order.
- Custom-Sized Orders and Request Quote Artworks Return:
Custom-sized orders and those submitted via our "request quote" feature are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue.
- Commissioned and Original Artwork Return:
All sales are final.

- Incorrect Size or Item selected by Customer:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes or item selections made by the customer. For assistance, please contact our team.

To start a return or request a replacement, email us at Support@wigglycanvas.com within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
