1\ Shipping & Delivery:

It takes up to 5 business days to personalize and print your artwork before shipping. Please note, delivery time doesn’t include the fulfillment process

Local Pickup Fulfillment Time:

Your item will be available for pickup within 2 to 4 days of placing your order. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please present your ID or the order confirmation email upon pickup.

Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates for original artworks:

these product ships globally with standard shipping rates (not flat rate). Estimated costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates for Photo Prints:
- Within Canada & the US: C$9 per item.
- Worldwide Shipping: C$14 per item.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout. Fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once shipped, you'll get an email with your tracking number and carrier info to monitor your order. We offer tracked shipping via trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and more. Our premium prints ship within Canada and the US, while budget-friendly options ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 business days after fulfillment.

🪄Modifying Your Shipping Address:

Contact us within 8 hours for any changes to your shipping address after placing your order. Please note that if the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a 40% refund, excluding shipping fees and taxes, or we can reship your artwork at your expense.

Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placement for a full refund.

⛓️‍💥Delivery Delays:

While we do not ship on weekends or holidays, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather. If your delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated and assist you as needed..

2\Return and Refund Policy:

Since your order is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a quality issue or a defect caused during shipping. We take utmost care in creating and packaging your order; however, unforeseen circumstances during shipping may occur occasionally. If you encounter such circumstances and require a replacement or refund, please Contact us within 30 days of order receipt for assistance or to initiate a return and we will work it together.

Photo Transfer to Wood Return:

We assure you will be 100% satisfied with your artwork, but for any reason you're not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the item must be in its original condition and securely packaged. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your order.

Custom-Sized Orders and Request Quote Artworks Return:

Custom-sized orders and those submitted via our "request quote" feature are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue.

Commissioned and Original Artwork Return:

All sales are final.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If your package is returned due to incorrect address details, you will receive a 40% refund, excluding shipping fees and taxes. Alternatively, we can reship your artwork at your expense.

If your artwork is damaged during shipping or has any quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll work with you to either replace the artwork or issue a refund.

Incorrect Size or Item selected by Customer:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes or item selections made by the customer. For assistance, please contact our team.

📨How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return or request a replacement, email us at Support@wigglycanvas.com within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
