- Acrylic Prints: Provide precise, sharp details and a sense of depth due to the acrylic thickness (1/8" or 3/16"). They are available in larger sizes, up to 96"x60". Acrylic is perfect for achieving vivid colors on a budget.
- HD Metal Prints: Render slightly richer blacks, brighter whites, and more saturated colors, creating high-impact, colorful results. The maximum size for HD Metal Prints is 60"x40". Both options share similar mounting choices and deliver a reflective, vibrant look.
3. Are your Acrylic Prints waterproof?
Yes, our Acrylic Prints are waterproof, thanks to UV-cured ink technology. For humid environments, we recommend the stand-off mounting option or using the acrylic sheet only, as the Back Frame mounting involves wood, which may not last long in moisture-rich areas.
4. What thickness options are available for Acrylic Prints?
- 1/8" - Light & Economical: Lightweight and budget-friendly, suitable for smaller to medium-sized prints. The back float frame ensures stability without bending.
- 3/16" - Greater Optical Depth: Offers enhanced depth and durability, perfect for larger prints or stand-off mounting.
- Non-Glare Acrylic (Satin Finish): Reduces reflections and provides a subtle, understated look. Ideal for spaces with heavy lighting.

6. What is the printing technique used for Acrylic Prints?
We use advanced UV printing technology at 1200 x 1200 dpi with variable drop sizes. This ensures fade-resistant, vibrant colors and sharp details, using environmentally friendly low-VOC UV inks.
7. What mounting options are available?
- Acrylic Sign: Photo Print only (no mounting).
- Clean Back Frame with Lip.
- Back Frame with French Cleat.
- Back Frame with Wire: For optimal stability and to prevent bending, wire hanging is not recommended for acrylic prints larger than 96" x 48". This limitation applies when using a Back Float Frame with 1/8" thickness.
- Stand Off hanging: Your artwork will be mounted using premium polished aluminum standoffs, with all necessary wall screws and hardware included. The number of standoffs varies by size, from four for smaller pieces to up to eight for larger ones.
8. What kind of backing is used with a floating frame?
For floating frames, we add black ink to the back of the acrylic to protect the print. This results in a clean and elegant finish without any additional layers or Sintra backing.
9. Will the Back Frame mounting option keep the print parallel to the wall?
Yes, the back frame system ensures that your print is perfectly parallel to the wall when installed with standard screws or mounting hardware.

- No Border - Print to the Edge: Offers a seamless, frameless look.

12. Are Acrylic Prints suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, they are humidity-resistant and ideal for outdoor use when mounted with stand-off hardware. The wooden Back Frame is best suited for indoor displays.
13. How should I care for my Acrylic Print?
Clean with a soft microfiber or damp cloth using any non-ammonia cleaner, like Windex. Avoid abrasive materials to maintain the print’s finish.
14. What are the stand-off positions on the acrylic?
Stand-offs are positioned 1 inch from the borders, and their size is approximately 3/4 inch. This ensures secure mounting and a balanced display.
15. Is the Back Frame mounting system stable?
Yes, the Back Frame system is stable and ensures your print does not bend or lean when mounted properly.
16. What is the maximum size for Acrylic Prints using the Back Float Frame?
When using the Back Float Frame with a 1/8" thickness, the maximum size available is 96"x48".

18. Is the wire hanging method available for large Acrylic Prints?
Wire hanging is not recommended for prints larger than 96"x48" due to stability concerns. For larger prints, we recommend stand-off mounting or other secure options.

Yes, but avoid using the wooden Back Frame option. Instead, opt for stand-off hardware or acrylic sheet-only mounting for better longevity.
