1\ Direct Transfer to the wood
We coat the wood surface with white paint, leaving the bark and edges unpainted ✨This technique keeps colors vibrant and prevents the wood grain from showing through, giving your photo a crisp, framed look with natural bark edges
2 \ Watercolor Effect
✨ We’ll transform your photo into a beautiful watercolor effect, enhancing it with delicate brushstrokes and vibrant hues. 🎨 Once edited, we print it on a special coated paper and transfer it onto the wood, creating a stunning finish that seamlessly blend your photo with the wood’s natural grain.
Size & Layout:
Our wood plaques range from 2" ornaments to 16", available in rectangular and oval shapes. Photos can be oriented vertically or horizontally, depending on your image layout. Please note, gift boxes are currently available for pickup orders only. Unfortunately, we can't offer gift box options for shipped orders, as packaging your gift in a box would significantly increase the package size and shipping costs, especially for international deliveries. However, if you're having your order shipped and would like to include a gift box, feel free to email us or message us via the chat button below. - Decorative Monograms or Doodles: Select your favorite monogram or doodle from the digital download collection and add your initials, names, and date. Your Design Approval:
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an Email with your personalized photo and a preview of how it looks on the wood plaque. Please feel free to request as many adjustments as you like until you’re completely satisfied with the result. Please note, we’ll only proceed to the photo transferring process after receiving your final approval.🪵💫
Varnish Types:
Choose from 3 sheen look for your wood piece. Remember that each finish contributes to the overall personality of the planks. Whether you prefer a sleek shine or a more rugged texture, there’s a finish that will beautifully complement your space. 🌿
- ✨Matte Finish: For a more understated look, choose a matte finish. It has a subtle sheen and minimizes glare.
- ✨✨Satin Finish: A sheen between glossy and matte, a satin finish strikes a balance. It offers a gentle shine without being overly reflective.
- ✨✨✨Glossy Finish: If you want a polished and reflective surface, a glossy finish is the prefect choice for You.
Photo Requirements:
We accept all types of photos. If we encounter any issues that make it impossible to work on your photo, We will send you an Email within a few hours of placing your order. However, such situations are rare🌿 Our designers will enhance and upscale your photo to ensure exceptional clarity and detail before printing.
Kindly, When uploading a photo, make sure it fits the layout of your selected Wood Plaque (Horizontal Rectangular, Vertical Rectangular, or Oval). You can also browse the Wood Transfers collection to find the ideal match for your photo
Shipping & Return:
Pickup: Orders are ready for pickup within 2–3 days. You’ll receive an email notification when your item is available. Bring a valid ID or order confirmation for pickup.
Shipping: Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return process, please email us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be in its original condition and securely packaged.
Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Order Cancellations: Cancel your order within 8 hours for a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Ensure your address is accurate. If returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll receive a 40% refund (excluding shipping and taxes) or can reship at your expense.

How We Pack Your Artwork
1\Local Pickup:
Your order will be packed in a bubble wrap mailer. We begin by wrapping the wood in standard craft paper, then placing it inside a bubble bag for extra protection. Finally, your order will be handed to you in a paper bag.
2\ Shipped Pieces:
Your artwork will arrive safely packaged in a secured mailer box. We start wrapping it in standard craft paper and placing it inside a bubble bag for added protection of humidity during shipping. Next, we add layers of mesh wrap to cushion to absorb any shocks during shipping. Finally, we place the wrapped piece in a sturdy mailer box and secure it to prevent movement, ensuring your artwork delivered in pristine condition.

These Wood Transfers are for Indoors Use only. Maintain the quality of your Wood Plaque by keeping it away from moisture and humidity. Use a feather duster or a mildly damp cloth for cleaning and avoid Using Cleaning products
