What Should I Know About Uploading Photos for Printing?
We accept all types of photos! If there’s an issue that prevents us from working with your photo, we’ll notify you via email within a few hours of placing your order—though such cases are rare. Our designers will enhance and upscale your photo to ensure exceptional clarity and detail before printing.
Pro Tip: When uploading a photo, make sure it aligns with the layout of your selected printing medium (square, rectangular, vertical, or horizontal). To find the perfect fit for your photo, feel free to explore our Photo Prints collections!
What’s Included with My Orders?
- Your package includes your artwork, ready to hang, complete with a small hook (see photos for reference).
- An acrylic stand is also provided—you can choose between a black or clear stand during checkout.
What Gift-Wrapping Options Are Available for Wood Transfers?
- Vintage Gift Kit: Add a nostalgic touch to your gift with a vintage-themed letter for C$9. If you're sending the artwork as a gift, include a personal message in the "Write your message here" field during checkout, and we’ll print it for an additional C$5.
- Handmade Greeting Card: Choose from our collection of handmade greeting cards to pair with your artwork and make the gift more personal.
- Gift Wrapping: Opt for a special touch by selecting gift wrap paper instead of standard craft wrapping. We’ll also decorate it with a mini flower bouquet for an additional C$5.

- Pickup Orders: Add a fancy gift box to your pickup order by browsing our collection.
- Shipping Orders: Due to shipping constraints, gift boxes are not included in shipped orders. However, if you'd like to add one, email or message us via the chat button, providing your product details and address. We’ll share available box options and shipping costs within a few hours.

How Is My Artwork Packed for Pickup or Shipping?
Local Pickup - Wood Transfer:
Your order will be securely packaged in a bubble wrap mailer. First, we wrap the wood in standard craft paper, then place it inside a protective bubble bag. 📦🎀 Your order will be ready for collection in a paper bag, ensuring safe and elegant handling.
Shipped Wood Transfer:
For shipping, your artwork is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We start by wrapping it in craft paper and a bubble bag to protect against humidity. Next, we add layers of mesh wrap to absorb shocks during transit. Finally, we place the protected piece in a sturdy mailer box, securing it to prevent movement. Your artwork will arrive safely and in pristine condition!
What Varnish Finishes Are Available for Photo Transfers?

Design Approval
You’ll receive an email within 24 hours with a preview of your personalized photo and how it looks on the wood plaque. We’ll continue refining the design based on your feedback. Please remember, we will only proceed with the photo transfer process after receiving your final approval.
